Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using heavenhomoeoclinic.com or booking a consultation with Heaven Homoeo Clinic ("we", "us", "the clinic"). By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Services

Heaven Homoeo Clinic provides homeopathic consultations, in-clinic and online (via WhatsApp/video), under the care of a qualified homeopathic doctor. Our website allows you to request an appointment and, optionally, pay a consultation fee online.

2. Appointment Booking

Submitting the appointment form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for an appointment, not an automatic confirmation.
The doctor/clinic will confirm your actual appointment slot with you on WhatsApp or by phone, usually within a few hours.
Please provide accurate contact details and honest information about your condition so we can prepare properly for your consultation.

3. Consultation Fee & Payments

The ₹59 consultation fee shown on our website may be collected online via our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payment secures/confirms your requested slot; it is not a fee for a specific treatment outcome.
You may also choose to book without paying online, in which case the doctor will confirm your slot and fee (if any) directly on WhatsApp.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the clinic needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered a full refund of the consultation fee or a free rescheduled slot, whichever you prefer.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please inform us on WhatsApp at least a few hours before your slot so we can accommodate you or offer a refund/rescheduling at our discretion.
The consultation fee is generally non-refundable in case of a no-show without prior notice.

This cancellation/refund clause is a reasonable default — please confirm it matches how you actually want to handle cancellations and no-shows, and adjust the wording if needed before relying on it.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Homeopathy is a complementary system of medicine. Results can vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee a cure for any condition.
Testimonials and reviews on our website reflect individual patients' own experiences and are not a guarantee that you will have the same results.
Our website and consultations are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In a medical emergency, please contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately.
Please continue any existing prescribed medication as advised by your treating doctor unless our doctor specifically advises otherwise after a consultation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
